CHAPTERS' COUNCIL

The Chapters' Council meets once a year in February in conjunction with WCA' s Board Meeting.

Each Chapter selects a Chapter Representative, who represents the chapter a the Chapters' Council Meeting. The Chapter Representatives vote in 5 new National Board Members in the position of Chapers' Council Board Member for a three-year term.
